Order Processing
- Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- During peak sales periods, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information will be sent via email when your order ships.
- If your order ships in multiple boxes, you will receive separate tracking emails for each parcel.
- Click the link in your tracking email to view real-time updates from the courier.
- Delivery times vary by location; an estimated delivery date will be shown on the courier’s tracking page.
Delivery Partners

Delivery partners may include ParcelRight, CouriersPlease, Australia Post, or others.

You will not be able to request a specific courier. The courier is automatically allocated by our warehouse based on your delivery address.
Shipping Fees & Coverage
- A flat delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.
- We only ship within Australia.
Authority to Leave
- All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave.

No signature is required upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid and secure address where parcels can be safely left.
If the parcel cannot be left at your address, it will be redirected to a nearby collection point (e.g., newsagent or post office).
- You will receive an email or a card in your mailbox with instructions for collection.
- Alternatively, refer to your tracking email for details.

If re-delivery is offered by the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate this directly with the courier.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to sender, the items on your order may be returned to stock and you may be refunded. Delivery fees will not be refunded if your order is returned to sender due to non-collection.
Delivery Issues

We cannot investigate the whereabouts of your parcel while the parcel is still in transit and before its delivery due date.

Couriers typically require 14 days from dispatch before we can initiate an investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
- If you have an issue with a product, you must contact us as soon as possible after your order arrives for assistance.
