Starbucks Shipping Policy
Order Processing
  • Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak sales periods, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
  • Tracking information will be sent via email when your order ships.
  • If your order ships in multiple boxes, you will receive separate tracking emails for each parcel.
  • Click the link in your tracking email to view real-time updates from the courier.
  • Delivery times vary by location; an estimated delivery date will be shown on the courier’s tracking page.

Delivery Partners
  • Delivery partners may include ParcelRight, CouriersPlease, Australia Post, or others.

Shipping Fees & Coverage
  • A flat delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.
  • We only ship within Australia.

Authority to Leave
  • All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave.
  • No signature is required upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and secure address where parcels can be safely left.
If the parcel cannot be left at your address, it will be redirected to a nearby collection point (e.g., newsagent or post office).
  • You will receive an email or a card in your mailbox with instructions for collection.
  • Alternatively, refer to your tracking email for details.

Delivery Issues

Returns & Exchanges
  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
  • If you have an issue with a product, you must contact us as soon as possible after your order arrives for assistance.
